Try my co-worker's recipe for spicing up some canapes with Jalapeno Jelly:

Ingredients:

  1. 5 jalepeno peppers

No I didn't quit eating! We just take summers off (as in outside) in Wyoming; and there's technically two more days of summer left . . .
