Sometimes when times get hard and finances become a burden it is beneficial to have some money-saving skills. One includes using coupons. Whether you are single, a parent or in college - I hope the following idea is helpful.

Use Coupons-coupons can be a big money saver. Of course there may be a regular shopping list which may comprise of the norms.  For instance, mine is milk, eggs, cereal, bread and other odds and ends.  Though yours will be different; get the Sunday paper every week. Try not to skip. Getting 2 or three copies are worth the while.  The papers are usually the fullest around the end or beginning of the month. I know this because that is when Proctor and Gamble puts out their monthly circular.
