What is Flirting?

Behave as though attracted to or trying to attract  someone, but without serious intentions: it amused him to flirt with her.

Experiment with a show a superficial interes in (an idea, activity, or movement ) without committing oneself to it seriosly.

You understand this ?

At its most basic, flirting, is simply another way that two people can interact closely with each other.

But when you get into intention behind flirting and exactly what flirting entails, things get much more complicated.

It doesn't have to be romantic or sexual, sometimes is just friendly banter,without any other intentions!

CLEAR ENOUGH HERE?

Sometimes one person has romantic intentions and the other one has sexual ones, or doesn't even realize that he's being flirted with.

Missunderstanding the  signals can lead to some uncomfortable and embarrasing situations.
