Most people- -including me- -only eat foods that satisfy their palate. For example, I have a natural distaste for dishes with “ginataan” on their names and the sight of coconut milk being added to a recipe makes me feel nauseated most of the time. We all know that kids are naturally picky when it comes to food but people like me have failed to outgrow their hatred towards some foods regardless if they are nutritious or not.
