How to ruin your metabolism. It`s easier than you think. Just work out every day 2 or 3 hours and eat less than you burn. Continue eating less. Convince your body your going through a famine.

Food Revolution!

I just saw something I have to share with my fellow fat cutters out there.

I am a die hard fan of Jaime Oliver. His food revolution is turning around school lunches, not only in his native Britain but also in the U.S.

Just because you lost 45 lbs. does not mean you know how to control yourself around food. I had this super diet.  I like to call it the torture diet, cause I`m into that. And I finally succeeded after 10 years of trying. Now I am in maintenence and I realize I have this really messed up relationship with food.

I love red wine and each time I drink it I go on a bender eating 2 or three helpings of something without even realizing it.
