Obesity is the weapon  of mass destruction for today`s children. Or so some people like to say.

Some "journalists" want to point the finger at the parents, for their bad food choices, or allowing their kids to have fast food. What is the real problem?

By now you`ve heard the news. By 2030 49% of America`s adult population will be obese. The amount of extremely obese will double.

so what is the deal with our weight? Why are we gaining in all categories? The French eat more than we do, they don`t usually count calories and even eat chocolate, insult to injury, right my friends. Counting calories has to be the worst thing in the world.
