Some unknown person has claim my child on their in

Some unknown person has claim my child on their income tax for the year of 2009-2010.

A unknown person has claim my child and they did not have permission to do this at all. I am the mother of the child and I am the one who is paiding back my income tax for the

year of 2009- 2010 year. Is this action far.... No it is not!!!! I have claim my child every since he has been born and his father only pays the child support. He does not even visits

the child or give him clothes or to even call him to see how was his day.

Unfortunately, I am going back and forth with the IRS people, that somehow for about the month of April until the present time.  They did not give me a chance to appeal this

case or anything. They are going to take my income tax for this year. I have sent in all the information such as birth certificate, rent release forms, my school information since I am enrolled in college. How can I show all this information and I still have to prove that this is my child. He came right out of my stomach in the year of 1998. No one has permission to claim my child at all...
