The night the kids brought Kellen home they began to tell me how the birth mom had all her family at the hospital, feeding and holding Kellen. They thought it was a little strange since she had decided to place him and had signed all the papers. My daughter was a little concerned about it, but they were told by the adoption attorney once she signed the papers she could not change her mind.

nice story....
i was glued to this story, I have tears in my eyes, you know god says trust me and don't trace me .
What a powerful story and a powerful display of faith. may god continue to bless you and your dauther family.
Thank you Nok and Dorothy thank you, every time I reflect on what happened throughout the process I cry and it was two years ago...or close to it.
You said it, Dorothy -- powerful! I laughed, i cried, I tried to imagine the burden of faith. I especially loved the paragraph, Cindy, about dealing honestly as a Christian with your anger at God. You know, I think Kissy Face must be such a special soul - that was an epic battle between the forces of darkness and light for his life. Welcome home, Kellen!
Thank you so much Gerry. Every time I look at Kellen I thank God for him and even for the process we went through in his becoming part of our family. :-)
