Very interesting .. I always cook it in the oven. I choose a square tray , i am taking few slices roll them up like a place them in the oven. They are sitting there around 25 min to 300 Celsius, cooking untill they get bronzed.
I forgot to mention that i wash it before to place in the oven. reason has a lots of salt and this way is better refreshing the taste.
Its nice
@Nicoleta: You do the same too... wasn't it great? I just got the tips two weeks ago from my friend... I didn't used much heat, of course it might differ in sizes... Here in Norway was been sliced thin and less salt in it. I even put a bit more spices to make it better taste, thank you for your comments and have a nice easter :)
Hi baseer, thanks my friend
@G.S: thank you for your comment
Hi Munawar: thanks, I'm fine and relaxing hehe, you?
nice katherine
Thanks for your comment Ziad
Good Idea I will try it in the morning..:)
good tips, have to try it that way sometime, though don't prepare bacon very often.
looks tasty...mmmmpp....nice Katherine my friend
LOVE IT!!!
Nice way to enjoy bacon (once in a while) - you're right Kat - it does make a mess! Have a nice day my friend! :-)
thanks for enjoying the other method in preparing bacon :)
We actually do this :) when we have time it works soo much better! And I think helps make it more crisp as long as you take it off the baking sheet right after pulling it out of the oven :) Thanks for posting!
nice idea
We are limiting the processing of food by baking, because it is the seed of cancer. However this delicious dish. Thanks Katherine!
nice
great idea.I usually pan fry. But the spatter is lousy. I'l' give it a try. Thanks
great tips
Great idea! We cook our bacon in the oven too. We line the pan with foil and put a drying rack in the pan. The drippings drip down onto the foil, making for easy clean up and a lower fat bacon treat!
