INTREBUINTAREA RIDICHIILOR
Cunoscute pentru virtutile lor terapeutice, ridichile erau cuprinse în alimentatia zilnica a sclavilor care lucrau la constructia piramidelor, în Egiptul antic, pentru a le mentine sanatatea.
În medicina noastra populara, ridichea este recomandata contra tusei, afectiunilor digestive, urticariei.Iata în ce situatii poti apela la ridichile rosii, în scop terapeutic:
Bolile de plamâni: se manânca minim 10 ridichi pe zi. Ridichile au actiune antiinfectioasa si favorizeaza degajarea cailor respiratorii, prin expectoratie. Eficienta tratamentului creste, daca se adauga si frunzele de ridichi, care au efect vitaminizant si detoxifiant.
Pietre la vezica biliara si pietre la rinichi: calculii nu se mai dezvolta si sunt maruntiti daca se beau, de trei ori pe zi, sase linguri cu suc de ridichi rosii. Este un leac eficient si usor de tolerat de tubul digestiv.
Colita: ridichile sunt un antiseptic energic si stimuleaza vezica biliara sa secrete mai mult. Se manânca de doua ori pe zi salata de ridichi, taiate marunt si amestecate cu putin ulei si otet de mere.
Migrena: ridichile calmeaza starile de excitatie cerebrala si au actiune extrem de favorabila asupra digestiei. Se consuma doua-trei ridichi crude pe stomacul gol. Efectul va aparea în maxim 25 de minute.
Boli de ficat, dispepsie, diskinezie biliara: ridichile rosii ajuta la o mai buna functionare a ficatului. Primavara, toti cei care au afectiuni ale ficatului si ale vezicii biliare ar trebui sa faca o cura de ridichi rosii, consumate pe stomacul gol.
Nu aruncati frunzele de la ridichi. Când le cumparati aveti grija sa nu fie vestede. Sunt excelente pentru salata. Se spala bine si se prepara la fel ca salata verde.
