Ii am really a bad blogger ,n i just played with adds ...I am also thakful to Fanbox that provided opportunity to earn ,but Its was really very painful to wait for money so long "after it get matured" for cash out .........

My suggestion is see others blog and make some interesting post once you get some money start making adds .......which will boost your earning

Make lots of posting which I saw recently that they are making good money by new post too ...

my first CO was on the 27th of April, im sure i would have received it last friday or sat but knowing how my mailman likes easy weekends i didn't really expect it till today and now its here (along with a mousepad) you should contact customer service about this problem everyone else i know got their check within 10 days of cashout. .. im seeing now the postage was paid on may 6th, but hey they're human and couldn't possibly process all the requests at once.

Hi TK now You are lucky And get it in just less than 15 days ,one thing for going bank and cashing it it will take another 3-4 weeks ...which can be done very fast bay Paypal or aleart pay ..
I already contacted Customer care n i found they are supportive But actully this process is slow ......hope you understand ...if you are happy with current process then i can say you are luckey but u still have to wait for atleast 3 weeks or even moor if you are out side US..............

They are giving the money or not as i am little bit confused ..... Please let us know when you will get your amount then at least we will have some faith on this site .

Amit- I cashed out on the 27th of April, I received my check this last Friday May 6th so within 8 business days I received my check. I took it to the bank and cashed it. So yes Fanbox pays!

while paypal would be nice, no disagreement there, I just took my check to the bank and the funds were available right away.

makes sence for whatever reasons to have as many options for pay out as possible. Wouldnt it be more earth friendly to not have all that paper flying around too?

I suppose in North America, the process would be quicker. I agree with you Amit, for those outside of the U.S., there should be a quicker method, as it is taking longer for your cheque to reach you! Hope you get it soon!

From what I have heard and read Fanbox is working toward paypal. I will have to go find where I read that and post it here.

Okay I found this in one of Johnny Cash's posts about cashing out.
"You don't need a paypal account to cash out -- FanBox sends you a bank check. Soon you will be able to have it sent to you Paypal account too -- your choice. But not yet..."

So they are working on that :-)

a month ago, right now they have a list of several things they are trying to accomplish at once, they are getting there :-) The fanbox team is doing an awesome job trying to keep all of us happy here.

I did the cash-out on April 28th and received my package with my check, a fanbox shirt, and a pic of the fanbox team on May 7th. I do live in the US, about 1/2 way across the country from San DIego, but I was surprised at how fast it got here. Keep checking the mail for a package, not an envelope.

BTW I'm a paid spokesman, not an attorney. lol

And BTW Paypal would make it easier, but if fanbox can keep the money in the bank an extra 10 days, that's an extra 10 days of interest. The terms are not 2/10/net 30, so ANY business wants to hold onto money as long as possible. It's the same process for a refund from rebates, refunds, etc.

And if Fanbox is sending extra items, so they may as well send a check in the same package. I'm fine with the process now that I know that I will get the money and be able to cash the check. I'm seriously considering the blogger VIP.

One more thing I just noticed Amit, I don't know if they have the Walmart check cashing center in Mumbai or even Walmarts, but I just went to Wally and cashed the check and got the $742 that I requested within an hour of getting the check.

Yeah US is faster because they are sending packages, not envelopes. There may be customs issues with India as well. I don't work for fanbox, but I would expect the same if I were getting a package from Canada which is 400 miles away let alone 1/2 the globe away.

Yeah it was a lot faster than I thought. But like I said any business wants to keep its money as long as possible. Insurance companies don't pay out right away, even the government takes so much time. Interest income is a big. It may only translate to a few percent, but that few percentage points adds up to a significant nominal figure after time. I don't see why you haven't got the package from March though. That does seem like a long time. I'd contact the customer service and get them on the ball. DID you ever consider someone may have jacked your mail. I'm sure it happens over there too.

Yeah I understand, I would imaging the same thing would happen to me if it were somewhere outside the US on my end. The packages was sent priority so it only took a couple days to get here after the cashout was processed. I am impressed at the speed of the cashout... 6 days... considering businesses want to keep money as long as possible. Hope you get it soon.

Yes this is good news for all of us please promote this post "by liking " so that lost of people know that FanBox is paying as we can see lots of people already got there Money ....But its slow for people living outside US....

Sure I'll like it to promote it, but I... as an American less than 3 postal days away from San Diego, I really don't have a problem with the cashout process. If I start a blog to complain about the fact that I lost 70k fans because fanbox changed things yet again, that is something I think something should be done about. AND still the home page as of today has the code that still says that the only way bloggers get paid is by charges to phone companies. The T&Cs also says that, so someone really needs to fix that considering they "fixed" the adding 500 fans at a time feature.

My country has Alert pay, I hope it will work here. I also have requested for cashout, but it was in April, what would be the expected time to receive my check

i think you will get it soon as i feel that march payout was slow and now fan box improved this process .
