Researchers from Australia, Greece and Sweden, led by br Martalena Purba Monash University in Melbourne, studied 450 people 70 years or more to see if there is a correlation between how the wrinkles and eat. They found that people who eat lots of vegetables, olive oil, fish, beans, low fat dairy products and tea are less wrinkled.
