If I can say it, I will say it...

You are not here to suffer." was Don Miguel Ruiz's message today.  Every new age /spiritual book you read, eventually will come saying this very same thing.  All the psychic readings I had told me this very same thing when I asked them about the purpose of my life.  Yet, I find it so very difficult to accomplish this.  Why can't I just have fun?  Why do I have to worry about every little thing in my life or about tomorrow?
