Old Chinese Tale
An old man lived in the country with his son. They raised horses but they were not very rich. One day, the son captured the most beautiful stallion in the region. All the villagers came to see the animal and they all said to the old man: "what fortune, what happiness, the heavens favor you and you will be rich now’’.
The old man then said: "Fortune, happiness, wealth, I do not know, I do not know the will of the heavens".
