Hi Aliah. Thanks for sharing this very helpful health tips. I've just recently found out that there's some fruits and veggies that I should not eat like garlic, cucumber, tomatoes, apple and the like. It increases our estrogen level. I have very high estrogen level that causes my cysts to increase in size. Now, I'm taking only citrus fruit and banana with the dark green veggies.
I love the video. Dairy products are one of the top food to avoid.
