The Atlas 180 is a wider version of the classic Atlas 150 machine. This wonderful heavy duty chrome steel pasta machine produces smooth sheets of fresh pasta from your homemade dough. Included is a 12-page booklet with color photos, detailed instructions and recipes, a table clamp and handle. The Atlas 180 Pasta Machine is made in Italy. The adjustable dial lets you to roll pasta exactly to the desired thickness. A 9-numbered adjustable dial on the opening between the flat rollers
