Lack of sleeping can cause diabetes, weight gain, depression and even cardiovascular diseases. This is why it is imperative to get some rest and try and get as much sleep as possible each night. Sleeping Tips: Keep a regular sleep schedule

One of the most important tips for getting a good night’s sleep is to maintain a proper sleeping schedule. Did you know that going tobed and getting up at the same time each day can end up being more refreshing than sleeping the same amount of hours at a different times? 
Even if you change your sleeping schedule by a mere hour or two it can end up having an ill effect on your sleep. That is why consistency in your sleeping hours is very important. It is good to pick a time when you feel most tired this way you will not toss and turn all night. This also means getting up at the same time each day as well. If you are getting enough sleep then you will not even need an alarm clock to wake you up since you will end up waking up naturally without it. Another tip forbetter sleeping to keep in mind is that while napping is a great way to recharge your battery life (especially for older folks) it can end up making insomnia worse. If you must nap then do so for no more than 30 minutes and try to do so as early in the afternoon as possible.
