Setting goals are great, it not only allows the person setting the goals to strive to reach the level they want to reach; To see what works for them to obtain those goals. Excellent post.

Okay am I the only one who believes one should be their best always...I hate to set goals because I am afriad I will not meet them..All I know is I do my best all the time and the sky is the limit can I still play?

You can write as many post concerning the importance of goal setting and the rewards for doing so as you like...Just remember to stick to the guidelines and have fun with this challenge too. :-))
