Live in? or Marriage?
Recently I am thinking differently about the relation of a couple.

I personally extends my appreciation for this very nice piece, proving the level of differences of couples whether married or not (live-in) and their relationship within being together.
Since these are all your views, granted that you found it a new way to promote the bonding even without marriage contract. But sometimes culture vary, so this becomes the hindrance to this idea. However, the practicality of your concept is just a reality, its true , as long as couple orderly lives harmoniously, then they can go for a homey relationship too, no matter what.
But in the religious concept, this is being rejected. Part must be a blessing from God, and that there must be a rite or ritual or wedding ceremony revealing that the couple is being blessed.
Thanks to this post you have just shared. Two thumbs up and rated 5*****
I agree with this article of yours, wonderful post
when I started to work here abroad,my concepts about marriage changes..I see advantages of living together before marriage..But the culture comes in, it is not accepted in th Philippines..Although nowadays, young people started to do PMS before marriage..And it's difficult to separate soon if you like to separate from your partner because only annulment is allowed in the Philippines..
There are pros and cons in marriage....as well with live-in.....but in the latter, the children suffer the most, when it comes to legal matters. In a conservative society, marriage is still the preference over live-in.
This is an interesting post about the comparison of marriage and live-in, as you have mentioned above.
I agree with this article of yours, wonderful post
concerning children. I agree, best to have married parents. But if the couple is loving and never separate, I think it's the same for the children too
This is a nice observation ,but as for me or my culture if you just stay together with being married legally or church blessings it is called ''come we stay'' nobody will consider you husband and wife,I understand about how couples start treating each other badly after being married and I can say in each and every relationship the foundation matters a lot.It is good to have God blessings in your marriage.
when I first wrote this blog, I knew that most women will object to it and never accept the idea, because it is in women's nature to have assurance and proof that the man will never leave them whatever happens and that marriage makes that bond stronger. That is their idea, so that they will not be left alone. BUT, look around you! many marriages are leading to divorce or cheat, and most are staying together because if they separate, the guy loses a lot financially. So, the RULES are FORCING them to stay together till the end and lead an unsatisfying life full of disagreements and quarrels and hurting each other. Why? because today's man and woman are very independent and want things done THEIR way. The idea of family sacrifice, patience, understanding is lost from family values and love has become an idea ONLY. I would agree 100% to marriage IF both parties were understanding, patient, smiling, supportive and knew the meaning of sacrifice. but those are just words in 90% of married couples.
So, in my opinion, if a couple can stay together as live-in couple for a long time and till the end, it REALLY means that already they have ALL the qualities to become perfect couples in life.
I appreciate if people will give more ideas and comments please, because this is a very delicate subject.
By the way, My society and most other societies also do not accept the live-in way of life. Specially MY society never allows it and they are cast away. that will even effect their jobs and place in society....
Well' personally I have the thought of agreeing and dis agreeing .I believe there is no perfect relationship whether you are married or not. It is in the hand of two individual people. So when things go wrong It shouldn't be the marriage to be blamed. It is the couples who are irresponsible enough.
this is really a nice post, berj...
