The Farewell Dance

The 1954 film Raqsat al Wadaa or The Farewell Dance featured Samia Gamal as the illegimate daughter of a wealthy man. Unfortunately, she was raised by a corrupt drug dealing stepfather, who she believes is her real father, and his wicked wife.  They force her to work at a club and exploit her.  Her real father discovers the truth and comes to her rescue. In this clip, Samia performs beautifully at the club.
