My New Challenge ... An Organic Patio Garden

I had no green thumb before embarking on this. I was complaining about how it's difficult to know exactly what's on or in my food, so I thought I'd do something about it and stop complaining. I researched on the internet how to go about it and found a plethora of information. You Tube, Blogs, and "How To" websites led me to where I could  purchase all I needed to get started and maintain my new hobby. 

My first garden began in San Diego, in the city, on my patio downtown. I bought a little green house (which was basically 4 shelves with a plastic cover over it), 2 raised garden beds that were 3x3 each to form a 3"x 6" garden side-by-side, a bunch of pots, and a self watering, indoor seed starter with a light, that I put outside, on the top shelf of the green house.
