I hope this finds you better than ever and charging towards your health and

You haven't heard from me for a while - we have been seriously busy, again.

I much prefer to blather on about how gluten is killing you, sitting is death, and how anyone who wants to get lean should just get it over and done with and change their lives by following my Food for Fat Loss guidelines.
