Athletic Greens...Yum!

Since starting this 4 our body experiment, I implemented this stuff called Athletic Greens. Tim recommends it in his book.

I've taken other green powders in the past, but this one is different. First of all it tastes amazing with just water. You have to keep it in the fridge because of the high quality nutrients that are in it. They break down quickly so you need to consume the jar in about a month and that's also because of the quality of the product.

Every morning (even on my day off) I drink a glass. I take it on an empty stomach and I feel like I have instant energy. Sometimes I have a glass after a hard workout too. I've noticed
