Its great to be here, I'm really happy to bring my message to a whole new audience.  I hope that you'll find my posts informative and helpful in creating the best you that you can.  Health is key to our success, and nutrition is key to our health! To start us off, I'm going to discuss some common misconceptions in the diet industry.  People are always looking for the quick fix, and even good advice can be twisted until it is no longer correct! A Few Diet Myths: Debunked. 1. You need 8 glasses of water a day. First of all, the number 8 is an approximation. If your urine is clear or close to it, you are probably getting enough fluid.
