I wouldn,t own a hybrid car cozthey are too expensive to buy,, and once out of warranty,, they are too expensive to repair and to replace battery packs.. You may have to pay $ 5000.00 after 5 years to renew your battery pack,,, which means that you didn,t really save any money,, all you did was to buy an expensive headache.which in the long run has cost you much more than a fuel efficient diesel car..
L.P.G, cars are cheap to run and maintain,,and clean air for the enviroment...for those countries who have an abuntant of L.P.G, like we have in Australia---00.60 cents per litre is cheap motoring,, WE can buy factory fitted L.P.G, cars,,, or convert your own petrol car cheaply here,, coz the Goverment pay us most of the conversion costs....Personally i think we should concentrate on very small light weight commuter cars for around town with less expensive battery packs and longer range that run on electricity only and can be recharged over night.. The average city dweller is only doing most of his driving around town,, so you don,t need a heavy metal car to run around in,,, fiberglass would be more lighter and good for electric cars..and cheap to produce...Nice post..:))
great post
