Tempus Fugit

Only you can be you. This is how Day 31 of The Purpose Driven Life begins. Certainly, there are no duplicates in God's creation. Each of us has been created differently from the rest of humanity for we have been pre-destined for a purpose unique to our being. Here are some biological facts* that support this claim:

1. The odds that two individuals will have the same 13-loci DNA profile is about one in one billion.
2. A DNA fingerprint is a set of DNA markers that is unique for each individual except identical twins.

Psalm 139: 13 declares, "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb." Each of us is so special to God that he did not create a world with people of the same mind, having the same physique and attributes, and with the same intents and desires.

We were molded by different factors (two of which were already mentioned in Day 30 of The Purpose Driven Life) to become the person that God intends us to be. These spiritual gifts, the passion or desire that keeps us motivated to doing certain things, abilities, personality, and our unique experiences (whether family, educational, vocational, spiritual, ministry and painful  experiences) work interdependently to help so we could be used for God' glory.

Our abilities. Each of us has been gifted with abilities unique to us. This could be any of these artistic ability, architectural ability, administering, teaching, preaching, painting, inventing, drawing, speaking, dancing, making music, singing, managing...and the list goes on. All these abilities came from the same God (I Corinthians 12:6  There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work). God desires (this is what we are aiming at, that we would please our God) that we bring glory to Him with the different abilities He has gifted us with. It doesn't
