Glad to see you here, Theresa. I do appreciate your thoughts concerning this post. Please note however, that the point presented in this post focus on a different view on what is finite and otherwise. Our stay here on earth is temporary. What lives for eternity is our spirit, which has been made to last for eternity. Every living thing on earth had been given a body that lives only for a determined lifetime. What I understand from your comment, however, is that we are responsible for maintaining the earth for the coming generation, which is a desirable goal. In our search for our ultimate purpose, we consider God as our basis for our actions and goal-setting in preparation for the life in eternity.
