Ways to save energy
Households consume about a third of all energy used in Europe.
Using power more efficiently can save a lot of money. Here are
a few ideas to get you started.
1. Switch Off
You do not have to kill your TV to make a difference. Simply
switching it off at the end of the day instead of leaving it
on standby saves a lot of energy.
The average UK household could save up to 50 Euros a year
just by switching-off appliances rather than leaving them on
standby.
