Lofoten - Norway

by J.K. on January 13, 2012

     Lofoten - Norway

Lofoten  is an archipelago and a traditional district in the county of Nordland, Norway. Though lying within the Arctic Circle, the archipelago experiences one of the world's largest elevated temperature anomalies relative to its high latitude.

It's a population with 25000 people in Lofoten, but i think around 2 million tourists visit this small Island-group every year, and the tourime just growing every year.

Anyway. I want to show some of the reasons why this small archipelago is a real tourist magnet:

     The Midnight sun:

Every year in the summer we have around 100 days where we have day-light 24/7. Then you can see things like this in real.

THESE PICTURES IS TAKEN AROUND MIDNIGHT
