Masking a file name without extension in browser

I have seen requests from people asking, if it is possible to access a file name without extension in the browser. For example: http://domain.com/test.html as http://domain.com/test . 

 

1) First method:

You can create a folder called test and upload the test.html file to the test folder. Then rename the test.html file to index.html file. Or set the test.html file as the default file in the Default Page tool that
