Child Support increased

A good start for Surinam mothers and daddy’s in 2012.

Child support is increased from  SRD 3 to SRD 30 a child each month. Up to four children in a family will qualify for child support. People in Paramaribo registered with Social Security and Housing have received the increased amount. These payments are from the first seven months of 2011. SRD 210 is paid for each child. Parents are pleased with the increase.
