Short Stories of Time Pass

I think I should mention that I wrote this little story arround the same time with the previous one. Overwhelmed by family tragedies and feeling trapped by circumstances beyound my control, for a while I could not see my way out. I eventually broke free.

I had a dream. I was a statue, standing tall and confident on a pedestal, my flowing robe gathered at my feet. From inside the stone I was listening to the people around me. "How noble and graceful she is, how strong, they were opining. She looks untouchable, yet they dared touch me. How wrong they were.
