NO CHARGES FOR TEEN WIDOW WHO FATALLY SHOT AN INTRUDER
An 18 year old mother home alone after laying to rest her husband who died of cancer is faced with two intruders looking for drugs. She grabs her 3 month old son, two guns, a bottle for the baby and the telephone. She calls 911 and asks the dispatcher if she had the right to shoot the intruder. The dispatcher tells her, "I can't tell you what to do, but if he enters your home, you do what you have to to protect your infant."
It took the intruder 21 minutes to enter the home because

What do you think about the Oklahoma law that allows the use of deadly force when protecting your home?

buy why does the police havent arrived in 21 minutes.? anyway i think its an right action to do considering the safety of anyone inside the house.
I'm just glad that they didn't live in other states like CA. or NY where they can break in and IF you shoot someone that's only carrying a knife YOU go to jail for murder and excessive use of deadly force, as has happened in places like this, Chicago, NYC, Miami, and many other larger cities. I've had officers tell me after my house was broken into 20 years ago."Whatever they have, IF you shoot them, make sure they are inside your house, and put the gun in their hands and fire it once into yourself so you can prove self defense" And that was a POLICE Officer advising me of this, and 20 years ago at that. . . How much have we improved since then ? I doubt much at all .
It was well thought, planned protection of self and the kid..................
Proof we all should have guns and know how to use them. 2nd Ammendment rights.
