The Kaizen Principle

by Radu Dascalul

Hello my friends!
How many times we talk about change? I think there is not a day when we don’t want to change something in our lives, to make things better, faster and more efficient. This is human nature! We always want to accumulate: things, knowledge, money, experiences and the list can goes on.
We are often aware of the things that we have to do to make our lives better and yet we don’t do them! We always delay them and we act only when we are forced to do it.I will talk about a practical way to make changes, that can be applied to any area of life. This can make so big changes in our lives so will be amazed with the results! Just one simple word: KAIZEN!
Kaizen principle emerges from ancient Japanese philosophy and it consists of the terms: kai (change, the action to correct) and zen (for the better). Kaizen is a continuous improvement through small but sure steps made every day, instead of drastic changes made only in times of panic or necessity. Actually, there is no area in which we can’t apply this principle: health, business, management, human relations, time, education, etc..
Implementing this principle in everyday life is worth more than a simple increase of productivity and performance. Kaizen reveal the errors and correct them, removes the " hard work " ,removes future losses of time and money and shows smart ways to do things faster and more creative. This way we can enjoy more of what is called A FREE LIFE.
