You are still a virgin and will remain so until you have intercourse. You may bleed but it isn't anything to be concerned about as it is normal so please do not worry about this. In terms of stitching back up, do you mean literally?? Again, do not concern yourself with this. If your partner is gentle and loving, then any discomfort will be minimal and there won't be any need to 'heal' afterwards. Take your time with this and try to be relaxed. It will be fine when the time is right.
