Really great article thanks for nice contribution my dear
I like it!
Entertainment! Yes!
I do think that would make a nice feature in our relationships.
We can sometime be a little dull.
Solve the energy crisis. Turn water into energy. I'm sure someone here must have seen the Water Car.
People could become independent from the grid with a simple unit the uses water to create hydrogen. It can be used to heat your home and generate electric. I downloaded the plans from the one here in the US that was ready to put the kit on the market that would convert your car from gas to water. Just think no more wars over oil. A big boost to the whole World economy. Magnet motors have been invented along time ago. That's something to look into.
Next I have a patent pending invention. It's a shower faucet that can be taken out of the wall without breaking the wall or the tiles. I have one plumbing distributor interested who has connections in some of the big companies It cost me too much money so far. I had to change lawyers. I have one now that won't kill me.
Next I believe that investment in farm land is very important. There may be food shortages ahead. There's a group that bought farm land in Texas where they live together and farm the land. They make their own tools and furniture. They are independent from the system. So their economy will stay the same.
Next. there may also be water shortages ahead, Investment in equipment that can turn ocean water to drinking water and water for farming.
We could stabilize our existence by employing these methods.
Many People in Africa drink mud water and dried farm land for lack of fresh water.
Next In Bangladesh where there is flooding there could be land elevation. You take 10 square miles of land and use 1 sq mile to dig out 90 feet to raise the other 9 sq miles by 10 feet. And there's a safe haven. It could be done with bulldozers..
Next, Stabilization of depressed areas, as was done here in New York City. The areas were run down and no one would want to invest there. But when you have big money coming into the area that buys and upgrades the properties, you have an immediate increase in values. You can work along with the planning board where you can have a community investment plan to complement your invest there. You could workout deals with mortgage holders and or government who is holding the foreclosures to give wholesale prices. I have a target area that this can be done.
I simply define it as priceless and unconditional love...When you felt nobody loves you just bear it in your mind, that sometimes reminded us the way, love sometimes vanishes from lives.Children rebel, and distance themselves, spouses or loved ones desert, close friends stop calling. But we're so thankful that God's love is steady,it can sustain us when love here on earth drifts away.In fact,it's so reliable that Jesus invites us to abide in HIs love.(John 15;9)He wants us to know it's okay to settle in and get comfortable..Thanks for sharing SMILE<<<<<<<<
