Thanks Zoe, But the credit for this goes to the whole team! I am just taking some of the things discussed at our meetings and pushing them forward. We have one of the very best talented, and creative group of people right here in our community.

You're right Michael...but the problem i found with some people here really is some don't even try to browse your posts..but, i cannot complain, might be that my posts don't appeal to them.

So, what i do is to check my posts, and whoever bothered to leave a comment, i always make sure to click that persons blogs and make sure to read his/her blogs and leave comments and categorize if i may...
