Not all stories end with "… and they lived happily ever after", for life is both about makes and breaks. The term 'break up' often refers to the breaking up of a relationship; especially a love relationship. Those involved in the relationship begin to feel that things are not working out the way you expected it to.
Breakups occur quite often. After spending time together, the partners start moving out of their euphoric blind love and begin to view things practically. It is when all the castles in the air crumble down to earth that you fall "out" of love.
