Wow, this post is very inspiring and awakening about God's Love. Your life experiences have strengthened your love for our Lord. Again I can relate with you, due to my experiences in this life's journey. With God's grace, I understand that everything happens for a reason and for a good purpose. So, after some tragedies in my live, I was not disheartened nor discouraged in my belief in God's Love. In fact my personal relationship with Him have grown to a phenomenal level, that even with pain, discomfort and suffering, I can rejoice and thank God every morning I wake up. Seeking God is the most important thing you can do in life. Having a relationship with Him is the best gift you ever can receive from Him besides salvation. Actually it is included but few are those who really go into it. It is frightening for many because even if salvation is free. It cost us to be in the secret place. God bless you,Melanie :) I particularly like "...as I stand on the other side of myself..." , "my inner self" .Lots of food for thought.Especially "my inner self".I've seen and heard numerous talks about "freedom" , "liberties" and the like,but the majority of those folks don't seem to have even one clue as far as what the REAL freedom is all about.In my humble understanding,the true freedom is vested in that very "my inner self".And,there are definitely two sides of "self". Actually,about a year ago or so,i came to a VERY interesting discovery which pertains to those two sides.I'm going to work on putting together a blog on that subject,may take me a while because i want to make sure to be clear,fairly simple and fairly precise,so it won't be just a quickslap.
