We almost always tend to go overboard when trying to fix our own obesity. You really just need to make a few changes and you can still enjoy your food. Moderation is the only key! No pill, no all or nothing, moderation.
So true. Just stopping eating pre-packaged food and all those empty calories and hidden fat grams will do wonders for a waistline. Good article!~
There are lots of temptation in America - fast foods, variety of foods and so on.
My opinion, since I am my own program to lose weight, I made a list of my temptation - what is the foods I desired to eat, my favorite foods, and so on. Other than that, it just eat because I just want to.
Yes, I couldn't deny the phrase either because I did think like it in a moment of depression, when mom force me to control my eating habit or criticized me.The point is to make them realize the real problems because they didn't, not until it down to them this is a serious problem.
After that, they need to be motivated.
Right, just not snacking between meals cuts calories enought to lose weight. So glad you are getting control of your weight. It does take an approach that is dedicated to yourself. Good luck.
