Excellent post! I would love to add to it by saying, When we help others to succeed and attain greatness, we also succeed too. A successful community can only be successful by working together for the benefit of all. When we take the "I" out of the equation and replace it with "WE" then and only then, shall we all succeed and greatness will be attained by all.
