And thanks for the continual stream of positivity from you. Yes, the team is human -- and just because they have been willing to work double hours for half of what many community members are enjoying, doesn't mean that they shouldn't be treated with the respect that they deserve.

Quite the opposite, in fact. They deserve much appreciation and respect -- and like all humans, the more they hear it communicated in a sincere fashion, the more they can find the will to carry on and work to improve the community.

That is a good reminder, May (thanks) -- and why I find it really hard to tolerate complaining and negative people in the community.

Got constructive criticism that can help make things better? Awesome! Be sure to share it.

But if you're Johnny-come-lately and feel entitled to run around the community with a bad attitude and your hand out for things you don't deserve, well, you're in the wrong place.

FanBoxers (members and employees) are on a mission -- one that has no less importance than any mission out to truly change the world and make it a better place -- indeed, to save the world.

They -- you -- have all sacrificed much and have been very patient.

Everyone (again, community members and employees -- it makes no difference - we are all doing our part) has gone above and beyond the call of duty to get us this far. Just ask anyone who has been an active member for even 6 months -- and they will tell you how hard it was back then to earn, and how much functionality was missing, and how long it took to get it, etc.

We've come a long way - but we're not out of the woods yet. We have more -- a lot more -- that we need to accomplish to ensure everyone can participate equally and improve their lives.

Language support is definitely one of those important things -- as it is not fair to people that don't speak English - when their own language is just as good and important as English.

And Success Coaching is another thing that needs to open up... and as May points out, is opening up now. It will be a transitionary period -- so please be patient -- as the Ad system does not technically allow non-English Ads yet -- but early next year it will.

Need inspiration? Look at how far we came this year!

Now use your imagination to see how far we will go this next year.

Not only are we wiser, and tougher, but we're also much better equipped than we were last year because we now have more smart people that have joined the community that are stepping up to lead and help others -- regardless of official "Success Coach" titles or not.

You see them all over the community -- and they share the same cultural aspect of wanting to help others selflessly.

So welcome to the Success Coaching program, May -- and I'm looking forward to meeting more and more of our amazing members on the weekly Success Coach call!

Yes actually a lady wrote that she was told Sc is only for those living in the US.I told her to be patient that if it was like that then with time the program will be made worldwide. Thanks May for this insight that the program is worldwide.

May, I am the one who wrote about the Sc is for US only.. I just want to tell you that I am not complaining about the SC recruitment rules, I just shared my experience. I also have received such kind of invitation before writing that particular post. At that time you will not find SC from other countries. Yes, Now, there is a new programme as we all know, if you are among the top 25 in the worldwide Leaderboard on 31 st December, you will becomig SC automatically. As Johnny said, It will be more beneficial if there is no language barrier in making ads and all that.
