I prefer steaming the vegetables. But it still depends of what kind of vegetables they are base on the texture and size. Of course, harder and bigger veggies needs more time for it to be cooked. c",) I normally don't cook lately using oil. I prefer water. c",) Keep posting. Excellent post Aliah.
