Aliah this is a wonderful blog. I started being mindful with eating a couple of years back but at times I am still caught out with too many interruptions. Sometimes just the mind wondering. This is the first article I've seen on the subject and it's fantastic.

I grew up in a tradition that every meal shall be taken with some sort of "respect". My folks even demand to take off my cap when i begin eating my meal... So i learned to focus on every meal as a blessing... but i wonder why snacks or refreshments are not treated the same way our regular meal is treated... Anyway this blog is great...it is also so true... Thanx for sharing.

Excellent post on mindful eating. I believe this is so true, that we Americans have some very bad eating habits. The advice in this post is terrific, though I can't imagine exactly going through that whole process eating an orange exactly that way, lol. It is interesting however.
