great post and i love fish
As a Wellness Counselor I have found clients compliance much better with Flax Seed Oil. They tolerate it better-less repeating, no fishy odor especially with high dose required in conditions like IBS and Chrohn's Disease. I recommend organic unfiltered Hi-Lignan Flax seed oils such as Barlean's. Manufactured under a "nitrogen blanket to prevent oxidation. Flax begins to go rancid in @ 15 minutes if exposed the the air!
