Sleep is so important! I don't agree with people getting just a couple of hours of sleep. I think it can be detrimental to their health.

As adults we need 7 to 9 hours , Well i do not have that.

Sleep certainly is very important...I find that sometimes I nod off during the day when I don't get enough sleep as I stay up because Fanbox keeps me at the computer! lol

my sleeping time ranges 5 to 6hrs but i do make up during afternoon just added 2hrs but i felt lack of sleep since i discovered fanbox..thanks for this brilliant information Sis Pau...^.^
