How do I stop being dependent on others for my happiness?

Spend more time with yourself. Focus on yourself, figure out how you feel and what makes you happy. Make a list of things that make you happy and then do, find or buy them. Set a day to a week aside and spend it with yourself. This time is not about them but about you.


Be impulsive *but safe* if something you might want to try comes into your head try it. Think about things, keep a journal, figure out what you want to change and work to change it. You are the master of your own universe, you can make it almost anything you want. Find happiness within yourself and your actions.
