very good you very well
nice blog
Thank you mozy :-)
This is the BEST blog post I have read so far. Well done, Cindy!
Sigh.... Reading this made me realize that I am not alone after all --someone out there thinks and feels the same way I do about certain issues on life, love, relationships, God, life after death, etc....
I guess people (especially the ones we love) will always disappoint and hurt us in one way or another just because they are "not us", meaning, they do not think and see things exactly like we do. I hate this fact of life. I sometimes want to just isolate myself, in the crazy notion that it will be better to be alone than to get hurt by people's actions, decisions, lies, inconsistencies, etc.
Not everyone knows how to truly love someone. Most people don't even know what love is. But some people (like you & me) who have found the real definition of love and are living the best as they can by it, need to just hang on and educate as much people as we can.
If you ask me how I make it through each frustrating situation, I'd say: I do my darn best to remember how much I love the person who is hurting me and that I have made that decision to love him or her. We can never control other people's minds, temper, reactions, etc. All we can do is influence and guide. But we can completely control ourselves. So if we decide that we love someone, we should do all that we can to show the love that we have for that person --most especially when they fail in loving us back. I always try to remind myself WWJD (what would Jesus do?) That's how I make it through the day. :-)
Thank you Cindy for writing this blog that will change hearts. :-)
