that;s right we need to show love and share with each each other's burden as human and Christian,,,
Every one needs to show a little compassion .
I agree with betty everyone needs to show some compassion when it comes to individuals who are vunerableand areon they own... wonderful post
Thank you everyone. It is important to actually connect with people especially those who are alone.
i hope your friend does not die
i had a stroke too and live in fear i may have another one
i loved your blog
it reminded me of myself
i am 60 years old and alone alot
i do get lonely
fanbox gives me friends
most old people do not want to take up much of your time
a few moments are enough to make them happy
to inquire if they are OK or shovel the sidewalk in winter
to show someone cares
I agree although i dont get out much cuz of distance and my disability (wheelchair & no car) I make it a point to call my mother and grandmother everyday even if its just to talk 5 minutes a day. the action of it speaks volumes to that person. I hope your friend makes a full recovery he will be in my thoughts and prayers...God Bless!
Thank you for the comments. My friend is out of the hospital and doing much better. He was actually at church a couple of weeks ago. He still of course has some rehab but he is doing better. :-)
Good post, this really get my attention on being alone and that give me a twist in my tummy!
Thank you Nguyet... I see you are in Seattle.. I lived there 12 years ago...It's really pretty there.
