wonderful poem you have shared....
This is a beautiful poem. I used to work with the elderly and they are very much young at heart. It is heart breaking to see what age does to the body especially when the mind is still in good working order. Thank you so much for sharing.
Great poem .all of us should read this one and than try to SEE old people. After reading this poem there will be a great difference, thanks for sharing.
A very meaningful poem.
people live and people die-- it's a fact of life. how we treat ourselves as well as others as we journey through life either makes each encounter either a blessing or a discouragement. chance is we shall meet a person only once in this lifetime. let us then choose to be a blessing than otherwise.

I Love poetry
I hope the old man was treated well by the nurses..
Every time I see an old person, I thought of my situation when I reach his/her age..
I can't imagine that an old man was the one who have written this poem..very touchy and inspiring,..
Thanks for sharing..:))
Thanks Vian Ola
You know that's what I try to focus and concentrate on other people's positive side. when I look at someone and my mind sees despair. I try to look a little bit closer regardless how that person might look or be or what kind of condition they are in because I would want them to do the same for me when I get too old and lying in the hospital. That's called kindness. Thanks for the share.
Great thoughts Glenda. Thanks
